David Kramer is the Director of Soccer and Business Development, responsible for ensuring the strategic and tactical plan of the club through program development, sponsorships, and business development.
David holds a USSF ‘A’ coaching license and Youth Club Administrator Professional Development certificate with over 20 years of coaching experience at the youth, collegiate, and professional level. David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology at Fresno State while playing NCAA Division 1 soccer earning 1st team All-American honors, 1st team Academic All-American honors, and was named National Goalkeeper of the Year in 1994. He continued his playing career as a 7-year professional player in Major League Soccer (MLS). After his playing career concluded with the Colorado Rapids, David has been in the Colorado soccer community as Director of Coaching, assistant coach with the Colorado Rapids professional team, and Director of Soccer and Business Development with Real Colorado EDGE Soccer. In 2010, he was a member of the Colorado Rapids technical staff which won the MLS Cup Championship.

Liz is an Arvada native and grew up playing in Arvada Soccer’s developmental programs. Liz has a Bachelor’s of Science in Philosophy from Centenary College of Louisiana and a Master’s of Science in Nonprofit Management from Regis University. Liz has worked for nonprofits overseas and locally in Colorado. She’s an avid sports fan and enjoys road biking, skiing, and golfing in her free time.
Adam Creasey - Director of Recreational and Community Development
Adam comes to us from FC Boulder where he served as the Director of Recreational Soccer. His duties included creating the programs and curriculum for the recreational players and their families. Adam has a real passion to work with young players and to help nurture their love for the game of soccer. Adam grew up playing recreational soccer in Boulder and competitive soccer with FC Boulder. He played his high school soccer at both Boulder and Fairview High Schools.

Dave Roberts - Director of Coaching 4U-8U Boys & Girls
Dave currently holds a USSF D license and a NSCAA Youth Level 1 diploma. Dave grew up in Arvada where he played competitively for the Arvada Eagles of the Arvada Soccer Association. Dave began his coaching career in high school as a volunteer coach for the club and has also served as a member of our board of directors. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and following Liverpool FC.
Ian Richards - Director Of Coaching 9U - 10U Boys & Girls
Ian grew up on the Wirral just over the river from Liverpool, England. Since he could remember, Ian has lived and breathed the beautiful game. He obtained his 1st coaching qualification at the age of 16 and thus began his career as a coach. Ian took the jump across the pond to pursue his coaching career and began working with the New York Red Bulls. Ian now holds English FA, NSCAA, and USSF coaching qualifications as well as TOPSoccer certification.
Outside of coaching, you will still find Ian involved in soccer, whether it is playing on a co-ed indoor team with his wife Alexis or watching his beloved Red Devils.
James Rooks - Director of Coaching 11U-19U Competitive Boys
James holds a USSF ‘C’ coaching license, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and a NSCAA Goalkeeping 1 diploma as well as the CHSAA Certification. James played soccer in high school at Stanley Lake High School and continued playing as an adult in recreation and competitive leagues. He attended Western State College in Gunnison, CO and Metro State College in Denver, CO. James grew up in Westminster, CO playing soccer for local clubs beginning at age 4 and while not on the fields, he enjoys his family time, the outdoors, and attending sporting events.
Colin Mullaney - Associate Director of Coaching 11U-19U Competitive Boys
Colin joins Real Colorado EGDE after 2 ½ years at Westminster AFC and previously from his hometown of Cincinnati where he served as Director of Coaching at Cincinnati United Soccer Club. Colin has a passion for player development in all areas technically, tactically, physically and psychologically, all while emphasizing the importance of development of high character in all the players he works with.

Ryan Henkel - Director of Coaching 11U-19U Competitive Girls and College Advisory Program (CAP)
Jay Hamilton - Associate Director of Coaching 11U-19U Competitive Girls
Jay holds a NSCAA Premier Diploma and a USSF ‘D’ License. In addition to his position at the club, he is an assistant women soccer coach at Regis University. Jay played Division 1 soccer at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he played for 3 years and finished his final year at Metro State. Jay played professional indoor soccer with the San Diego Sockers and Denver Dynamite. He grew up in Moore, Oklahoma playing youth soccer for Der Bullen SC and Magpies FC. In his free time Jay likes to hang out with his family and watch his girls play soccer.

Brent McGee - Director Of Goalkeeping and Goalkeeping Academy
Brent holds a USSF Goalkeeper diploma and D coaching license. He is the goalkeeper coach for the School of Mines Women’s team and developed the goalkeeper app Keeper Teacher. Brent played Division 1 soccer at Lipscomb University and graduated with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar.
Kasey Currence - Head Athletic Trainer, Children's Hospital Colorado
Kasey went to undergrad at the University of Missouri- Columbia. During my time there I was a student athletic trainer for the women’s basketball and football programs, although they didn’t have an undergrad program. I graduated with a BS in nutrition and Exercise Physiology and headed to Miami Florida to attend Florida International University to obtain my MS in Athletic Training in 2013. Out of school I got a job as an assistant athletic trainer and instructor at Missouri valley college, an NAIA college with 1,100 student athletes. After 3 years at Valley I moved to Colorado Springs to work at UCCS with men’s soccer and softball for 2 years.
