About Colorado EDGE Competitive Soccer

Colorado EDGE is an affiliate of the United States Soccer Federation through USYSA, Colorado Soccer Association, and US Club Soccer. Competitive soccer is available for players starting in the 11 and Under age group.  Beginning at 13U, our Select ECNL RL teams play in the ECNL Regional League Mountain Conference.  United - Bulldog teams play in the CSA league.

  • 11U – 14U: The programs for these age groups are a full-year commitment. During the year-long season, they will play 16-18 league games that are split between Fall (August – November) and Spring (February – May). 13U - 14U Select ECNL RL Girls teams will play in the ECNL Regional League Mountain Conference consisting of league games versus Colorado, Utah, and Idaho clubs.  In addition to league games, tournaments, both in-state and out-of-state will be attended to maximize each team's playing potential. During the “off-season” players participate in other team activities such as Futsal soccer, tournaments, and club camps/clinics.

  • 15U – 19U: Players in this age group are registered through the same process as the 11U -14U age group. Select ECNL RL Girls teams will play in the ECNL Regional League Mountain Conference consisting of league games versus Colorado, Utah, and Idaho clubs.  United-Bulldog teams play 8-9 league games during the Fall (August – November) season in the CSA leagues. In addition to league games, tournaments, both in-state and out-of-state, will be attended to maximize each team's playing potential.

  • For 15U players, 8th graders will play both Fall and Spring seasons. Freshman in high school have the option to play for their high school team and/or for their club team during the season in which high school soccer and club soccer play at the same time. Teams may be adjusted accordingly during this season to accommodate for lower roster sizes.

The club provides a free College Advisory Program for any student-athlete interested in continuing their playing in college.

  • College, Adult Teams: Players continue their soccer playing after high school at colleges and local adult teams. Colorado EDGE offers several training and game-playing opportunities throughout the year, including the summer months for those players looking to play.

ECNL Regional League

Colorado EDGE Girls join the newly established ECNL Regional League

Colorado EDGE Soccer Club is excited to announce our Girls' program acceptance into the newly established ECNL Mountain Regional League for our U13-U19 Select Girls teams.   ECNL is a well-established and proven national platform with an ever-growing regional presence providing an exciting and competitive environment that keeps our player development on the forefront.

The Elite Club National League (ECNL) Girls was formed in 2009 and the ECNL Regional League (ECNL RL) platform provides competition in Colorado, Regionally, National Showcase events, college recruiting, and postseason Regional and National Championships if a team qualifies.

Acceptance into the ECNL Regional League was based on exceptional club performances over the past years in a number of different leagues around the country. Clubs from the NPL, E64, and USYS National Leagues earned the opportunity to play in the ECNL RL. Clubs will also have a potential pathway to earn promotion to the ECNL Club Competition in the future.
