Kickoff the new year with a bang and attend our Parent Education Workshop with Changing the Game Project Founder, John O'Sullivan, on Saturday January 25, 2025! John O’Sullivan is the Founder of the Changing the Game Project, host of one of the top rated sports coaching podcasts in the world, The Way of Champions Podcast, author of 2 international bestsellers, and his TED talk "Changing the Game in Youth Sports" has been viewed over 500,000 times. John has nearly 3 decades of playing and coaching experience in youth, high school, college and professional soccer, and consults with organizations such as US Soccer, USOPC, Ireland Rugby, Aussie Rules Football and other sports organizations across North America, Australia, Asia and Europe. 

In conjunction with our club hosted Coaching Education Workshops, we are offering this FREE Parent Education Workshop following the Coach Workshops. John will be discussing:

• Why kids play and the big myths that cause them to quit, including parental FOMO
• What parents can do to make it a great experience for their kids including treating coaches as allies and not adversaries
• Giving your kids ownership of the experience
• Leaving them alone on the ride home
• Just loving to watch them compete
