Secondary Medical Insurance

All registered playing members of Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) are provided with a secondary medical insurance coverage. If you need to submit a claim for an injury that occurred while playing in a CSA sanctioned activity, please click the link below.  Please note that the secondary insurance coverage is solely through CSA and Colorado EDGE Soccer Club has no authority to authorize or approve any secondary insurance claims submitted.
